Half Way!

I am officially at the half way point of my pregnancy! I went in for my 20 week ultrasound today. Everything was healthy and she looked very cute. I have to go for an ultrasound in my leg tonight because of some pain I've been having (just to make sure there isn't a clot). Other than that, everything is healthy and going well.
Since we found out it was a girl at the mall ultrasound place a few weeks ago, I was just hoping to have it confirmed to me this time around. Unfortunately, that little baby kept her legs crossed the whole time. The ultrasound technition kep prodding her and shaking my stomach, but she would only maybe move her arm, nothing else. She seems to be a very laid back baby (that's a good thing, though not for this appointment). I remember feeling my boys move so much by this point in the pregnancy, but I hardly feel her at all. Since they didn't get a good look, my doctor said he'd see if they could fit me in for a few minutes at my next appointment to check again.

awe...a little modest baby. Sophie did the same thing and wouldn't uncross her legs. They made me eat some chocolate and walk around for awhile and then she moved. They say a sugar spike helps. so...stock up on your favorite sweets before your next appointment.

awe. I hope your leg pain is doing better -- let us know.

And that stinks that they could not confirm the gender. I'm glad you were able to go to the place at the mall so you'd know something.

That's interesting that you're not feeling her move as much. What did the OB or RN say about that? Is that still "normal"? Maybe it's just different w/ each child.
